A Little Secret About Public Domain Treasures
By Manjit Kaur

I bet this little secret is going to get YOU excited… just like it did me. I just discovered public domain treasures and it’s a perfect business opportunity for many new internet entrepreneurs.

Did you know there’s a little known loophole in US law that allows anyone to distribute, resell or give away expired copyrighted content? Officially, its called public domain, and savvy marketers “borrow” it to publish instant products.

Public domain refers to anything that is NOT protected under US copyright law. This includes all works published before 1923 and under certain conditions, works published up to 1978. A “work” can be anything, a book, movies, plays, songs, photographs, instruction manuals, posters, courses, reports, etc. You could take these works, repackage them and sell them for a profit. By tapping into public domain content, all the nitty gritty work has been done for you.

There are almost an endless number of ways that you can make money with public domain content. Let me suggest 10 different models you can use to activate and tap the public domain treasures.

Model 1: Resell It.
You can re-publish public domain content exactly as it is. Whether it’s a book, a movie or even music, you can take this content and quickly turn it into a product. Just copy it as it is and start selling it.

Model 2: Website Content
You can take the text of the public domain work which relates to a product you are selling or an affiliate program that you are promoting. You then create web pages and include links back to your product page.

Model 3: Repackage
You can repackage a public domain work into a new product. You can use the ideas and some of the content of public domain works to create new and better products.

Eg. Walt Disney characters Snow White, the Little Mermaid were all stories from the public domain.

Model 4: Multimedia
You can change the books in print into a CD or even a video set. Add to the perceived value of the product by offering ways to consume the information. What was once simply a “book” can now be a complete home study course or training program.

Eg. The famous “Think & Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill has been made into an audio CD which is a more convenient format.

Model 5: Reprint Rights
You could sell your version of the information product along with marketing materials. People love reprint rights and it’s a quick and easy way to make tons of money immediately. You can sell reprint rights only to a derivative product you have created from the original public domain material.

Model 6: Upsell
You can use public domain works and use then as an “upsell” to a regular version of your best selling product. You simply present your buyer with an additional opportunity to “upgrade” their order or add something to their order.

Model 7: Bonuses
Simply use the work as a bonus to your main offering. People love bonuses and will buy a product just for the bonus, if its unique and not something they’ve seen all over the net already.

Model 8: Viral E-books
You simply take parts of the book and turn it into a viral e-book by allowing others to pass along or even sell this e-book as their own. Once you trigger the “virus” its nearly impossible to make it stop because people keep passing it on and than these people keep passing it on etc, etc.

Eg. Rebecca fine from Seattle, WA used this exact technique to accidentally launch her six figure business with an interesting book, written in 1910 “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D.Wattles. You can “super-size” this strategy by creating a viral e-book with the material and then including affiliate links that pay you commissions anytime someone buys from your recommended resources.

Model 9: Google AdSense
You can use the material to create an information-rich website and then place a tiny piece of code from Google to run their AdSense program on your site. You’ll essentially partner-up with Google and get paid a percentage for everyone that simply clicks on the ads Google places on your site.

Model 10: Articles/ Mini Courses
You could use little contents from public domain works and create a mini-course that people would subscribe from your site. You just load a series of 4 to 10 articles into your auto-responders and it delivers it on a total auto-pilot.

You can also use the material into 500-800 word articles to distribute for free publicity and traffic to your sites. Editors of e-zines and owners of web sites are always looking for hot fresh content and in exchange they’ll send you over targeted traffic.

Eg. Matt Furey discovered a little unknown book on “Catch Wrestling” and turned it into a complete manual and video e-course of 12 lessons for his market of fitness and wrestling buffs. He had earned over $1million dollars in sales from this one book.

Among the topics available in the public domain treasures are:

Health & Fitness

Fun & Games

Sports & Recreation

Hobbies & Crafts

Education & Self Improvement

Food & Cooking

Animal & Pets

Home Garden & much much more.

Public domain works provides a huge opportunity to newbies in the internet world to tap these vast treasures. Simply put, you can use these works to instantly create e-books, manuals, articles, reports or any other type of information products in a snap. GOOD LUCK!

Manifesting Wealth

Manifesting Wealth
By Leslie Fieger

Many people talk or write about the science of success or the art of creating wealth. You don’t want just the science. You don’t want just the art. What you want is the technology. The how to.

Manifestation is not a mystery. It is a process. All processes can be analyzed, taken apart, step-by-step, and then, once understood, can be applied scientifically to produce the desired results. There is a technique for manifesting anything, including wealth.

Scientists study the physical world in order to ascertain the metaphysical principles that apply to how things unfold in our universe. They theorize about how things that have happened did happen. A theory becomes accepted only when direct experiment proves that application produces a manifest reality. Once the process (the unfolding) is understood and proven through application, science becomes technology. Technology is applied science. Power is applied knowledge. Knowledge, by itself, produces nothing, not even wisdom, let alone practical results. It is all in the application.

Where can you learn the right application? You can experiment to see if your personal theory will work or you can observe those whose experiments have produced the desired results and then utilize the same techniques, the same process.

The power to create or manifest wealth comes from applying the knowledge of the process of creation. The knowledge of the critical elements in a process do not create the process. It is the proper and purposeful use or application of the elements that produce the results.

I can tell you again that thought plus desire combined with belief plus intent create your results. You might completely understand and agree with that; but if you do not apply it, then it is useless knowledge, like books gathering dust on a library shelf.

The process of manifestation is:

it begins in the ideal (causal);

it moves into the virtual;

it becomes real;

it becomes manifest (effectual).

The elements of the idealization are: Thought, desire, belief, intent, commitment, insight.

The elements of the virtualization are: Visualization, affirmation, gratitude, congruity, planning.

The elements of the realization are: Your words and your deeds.

So now you know. Now you must apply your knowledge.

Idealize it: Think the right thoughts. Desire the result. Believe in the actuality. Intend for it to be. Commit to making it so. Understand what it will mean.

Virtualize it: See it as real. Affirm it to be. Be thankful for its existence. Harmonize yourself with it. Attract it. Plan for it to be.

Realize it: Speak the truth of it. Act to enact it.

Enjoy having it.

Want to be wealthy?

Think about wealth and abundance, NOT about lack and limitation.

Desire wealth; lust after it; don’t just wish for it.

Believe in it and your right to it. Stop believing in scarcity. There is none. (When you have nothing, you have an abundance of nothing. When you have mediocrity, you have an abundance of mediocrity)

Clarify your intentions. What is your intent in thinking that thought, in doing that deed? Commit 100% to becoming wealthy.

Understand (gain insight into) what wealth is and what it means to you.

Visualize your wealth. See yourself as wealthy.

Be rich. Affirm to yourself and others that you are wealthy and that you deserve to be.

Be grateful for your abundance. Show your appreciation. Attract wealth by being worthy of it.

Plan. Set specific goals and follow your game plan.

Stay true to your ideals. Talk your truth and then walk the talk.

——————————————————————————–

Take some hints from the universe: It is constantly creating new space.

Why? To make room for more.

Make some space in your life for more to show up. Get rid of what you don’t need. If those thoughts don’t serve you—dump them. If those beliefs serve no useful purpose—junk them. If that activity is not producing wealth—stop it. Why exactly do you watch TV? Are you going to get wealthy watching who wants to be a millionaire? No.

You will get wealthy by applying the proven technology of wealth creation. Of course, only if you think so and only if you believe it.

10 Critical Success Clues
By Leslie Fieger

I don’t need to be a gypsy fortune teller to tell your fortune. I can tell with a 95% certainty whether or not a person is (or is going to be) successful.

All I need is 20 minutes of conversation or a few email interactions and I know. It is easy to do. You can do it too. Yes! You can actually predict whether or not someone will have the success they say they want. Better yet, you can tell if you are going to be a success OR not.

The best part about checking to see if you will be a success is that you don’t have to ‘beat around the bush’ in a conversation to discover the clues, as you would normally have to do with another person. The worst part about checking in with yourself is that you will run up against an outright liar. Yes, you will attempt to deceive yourself. Now that you are forewarned about that, you can watch out for your attempts to obscure (or divert yourself from) the truth about yourself.

So, if you want to predict the future of anyone, including yourself, here are the ten most critical clues that you will need to uncover and clarify:

1- Attitude

2- Intention

3- Purpose

4- Passion

5- Plan

6- Resolve

7- Responsibility

8- Words

9- Actions

10-Peers.

Let’s take a closer look at each.

Attitude: There is a winner’s attitude and there is a loser’s attitude. Most people have a mix of the two.

A winner’s attitude is characterized by high self-esteem, a positive outlook on life, a general feeling of gratitude, a sense of great personal destiny, a willingness to learn and the will to do what is necessary.

Losers have poor self-esteem, a negative (they say realistic) outlook on life, a general feeling of resentment about the trials and tribulations of life, a sense of impending negative fate, a stubbornness about what they ‘know’, and lousy will-power or self-discipline.

Intention: As a general rule, things done with intent, produce intended results and things done without specific intent produce unintended results.

It is my experience that most people think, say and do most things in life without any conscious and specific intent. I like to ask people (and especially myself) the following clarifying questions:

What is your intent in holding that belief? What is your intent in thinking that way? What is your intent in doing what you do? Most can’t answer. Winners can. More importantly, winners are always asking themselves, “what is my intended result for this chosen action, thought or way of being?”.

Purpose: This is so simple it is almost ludicrous… a life without a defined and stated purpose is a life of no purpose and no meaning.

Winners have a purpose. Losers do not. Winners live a life of purpose and ‘on purpose’. Losers live accidentally; victims of circumstance instead of creators of circumstance. The sooner you write down the succinct and true purpose of your life, the sooner you will discover success, happiness and personal fulfillment.

Important caveat: your purpose does not have to be altruistic or measure up to anyone’s standards except your own. It can be entirely selfish.

Passion: Passion is that fuel that drives you. Passion is also what attracts to you the people and resources that you need to achieve your success.

Passion is magnetic. Desire is the metaphysical equivalent of gravity. It draws to you the elements that you need to succeed. Passionate people attract followers and supporters. Winners are passionate! ! ! ! !

Plan: You’ve heard before. You’ve read it many times. Every personal empowerment teacher says it… You must have specific and written goals and a step-by-step plan to enact those goals.

Every business needs a business plan. Your life needs a plan. You must create it. As Ben Franklin pointed out, “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” Winners have a game plan. Losers are spectators and armchair quarterbacks. Do you have written goals?

Do you have a specific game plan?

Resolve: It is persistence that creates winners. It takes resolve to reach the top.

There will be obstacles in your path and impediments to your success. Losers allow themselves to be defeated by these barriers. Winners use them to build up strength and/or to learn a better way to do something. I see it all the time… people quit just before the finish line. They lose focus and direction.

Winners persist. Losers desist.

Responsibility: Ask yourself this question, “Why don’t I have all the prosperity, happiness, success and fulfillment that I desire?”

If you blame any condition, circumstance, event, person or external thing, then you are a loser. Winners accept responsibility. Losers assess blame.

Step up to the plate and accept responsibility for your life and you will become the winner that you desire to be in your secret heartfelt moments. The wonderful part about accepting responsibility for your failures is that you also get to accept responsibility for your successes. You don’t have to say that you were lucky or blessed or had the right breaks… you can say, “I did this.”

Words: The words you speak and the way you speak them tell a lot about you. They tell the world what you believe, what you think, where you have been, who you hang around with and where you are likely to end up.

Below average people talk about other people; average people talk about events and circumstances. above average people (winners) talk about ideas and ideals (especially their own).

Winners say what they mean and mean what they say. Losers say what they think will please others or repeat what they have been told.

Actions: And yes, actions speak louder than words. The things you do are a reflection of your character.

Most people tend to do what most others do, in some sort of willful ignorance of the plain fact that most people live mediocre lives and never achieve the success they had idealized for themselves. Actions produces results.

If you want uncommon results, you must undertake to act uncommonly on purpose, with intent, with responsibility, with persistence, with resolve, with passion and according to your plan.

Do what you love. Do what you will.

Peers: Birds of a feather do flock together.

If you want to be a winner, hang out with winners. Create your own ‘mastermind group’. Try to be involved with people who are smarter than you, more successful than you, have greater aspirations than you. If you can’t do it in person, read their books or read their biographies or visit their websites.

Losers like to hang around with other losers, not just because misery loves company, but because their self-esteem is not threatened by comparison to their peers. If you can find the way to love yourself enough to always have a high level of self-esteem, then you won’t need to compare yourself to others.

Winners believe in themselves. Losers believe in the world around them.

So now you know my secret to be able to predict the future. All I need to know about a person is:

1- Who they hang around with,

2- What they do day-to-day,

3- The way they speak and what they say,

4- Whether or not they assume responsibility or assess blame,

5- Whether or not they have the resolve (the stick-to-it-tive-ness) to overcome obstacles,

6- If they have a plan to live by,

7- A passion for life and their plans,

8- A self-designed purpose to live for,

9- If they act intentionally or in reaction, and,

10- What their overall attitude is to life and their part in it.

Now that you know, you don’t need me, or some gypsy tea leaf reader, to predict your future.

The GREAT good news is that, if you discover, through this self-analysis, that you do not have these 10 necessary characteristics of winners, you can change the way you are and the things you do. So there it is… your destiny is yours, by design or by default. It is up to you.
