Coastal shopping development gets boost (The Greenville News)
The Sembler Co.’s bid for state tax incentives for a 280-acre shopping center and luxury outlet mall received two boosts Monday: State Rep. Bill Herbkersman announced he supports the incentives, and Jasper County Council approved a resolution urging lawmakers to approve them.
