Former council boss joins Community Development Board (The Eagle-Tribune)
METHUEN — City councilors voted 5-4 last night to appoint former council Chairwoman Deborah Quinn to the city’s Community Development Board. The vote was taken the same night when councilors discussed an ordinance proposed by Councilor Larry Giordano to force ex-councilors to wait a year to join a board or commission.
